Fred Schaub conceived FG Schaub Custom Homes after spending 23years working for several large, national builders in every facet from on-site assistant to division president. His love of building started much earlier while still in his teens working for a residential homebuilder in Ohio. He studied all the trades associated with the industry until graduating from college prepared for a career in
homebuilding. Sensing a recent shift in the industry away from the customer’s needs, Fred decided there was a better way and FG Schaub Custom Homes was born.
We have assembled a team of successful individuals with more than a century of industry knowledge and we are uniquely positioned to provide the customer with an extraordinary homebuilding experience. FG Schaub Custom Homes Home’s philosophy is summed up in our motto "Design and Innovation"
